National parks
Beaudesert and the Scenic Rim are home to some truly magnificent and World Heritage listed national parks. A number of the parks have very accessible walking tracks while others are great challenges for the more experienced hiker.
Beaudesert and the Scenic Rim are also home to some wild weather which can greatly affect the natural environment and its accessibility to visitors, so please ensure you check park alerts. Mount Barney National Park

Lamington National Park
Like Springbrook National Park, Lamington National Park features some amazing natural phenomena and is also accessible to visitors of all walking ability. Located on the western edge of Lamington National Park is O'Reilly's tree top walk, where visitors can experience a different perspective of the rainforest within the tree canopy.
