Bartons Rose Farm

Randall and Pam Barton established Bartons Rose Farm at Kalbar in 1981. Initially they grew and supplied rose plants to many nurseries throughout Brisbane and the south-east region of Queensland until 1994, when they began selling to the public. Dealing directly with the customers gives them much pleasure and satisfaction and allows buyers access to view their roses growing in a garden situation before purchasing.

With over 30 years experience in propagating and growing roses in the south-east region of Queensland, they are able to advise you on rose care and maintenance suitable to Queensland conditions, organic products being their preference.

Tours are available. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the farm lifestyle. Spend a morning relaxing, taking time to roam through the gardens and indulge in a Devonshire Tea. Groups as well as individuals are welcome to tour through the gardens. The farm is wheelchair friendly, with ramps for easy access to the tea house and toilets. Access to the gardens is also easy for wheelchairs with the grassed walking areas being flat.
