Pietro and Desley Agnoletto welcome you to their Classi di Cucina Italiana. Since living full time at Rathdowney, they have been sharing their culinary experiences with people who have a passion for Italian food.

Anyone who comes for a cooking class also enjoys their animals and their sculptures.

As well as holding cooking classes at their property, they can come to your own home for PRIVATE COOKING CLASSES. Invite a group of friends over for a cooking party.

Wild Lime Cooking School

This is a special experience. The Wild Lime Cooking School has a World Heritage Listed view. Join us for a 4 hour event! You'll learn how to fuse culturally based cuisines with local and wild food in an inspiring two hour class followed by lunch with local wine! We send you home relaxed, enriched and inspired to expand on your new skills and ingredient combinations. It is no wonder that this school has been written about, filmed, reviewed and raved about since its inception in 2005 and it is now time for you to experience this too. The renowned Kate Raymont from Hinterland Harvest will be your host.
