Bikes of all kinds!

Do you like the self-powered kind or are you into freestyle motocross, or perhaps you just like to tour around enjoying the scenery and the fresh air?

Mountain biking

Mt Joyce Recreation Park is located beside Lake Wyaralong, 85km south west of Brisbane. It was developed by SEQwater when the dam was built, with mountain biking identified as being a perfect activity for the terrain. The network of trails caters for all off-road riders from first-timer to skilled and fit enthusiasts. The park is suitable for whole families to come and enjoy a day’s riding.

There are plenty of places to cycle in the Scenic Rim. No matter what kind of cycling you like, the Beaudesert Cycling Club can cater for your needs. It covers road cycling, mountain biking, city or urban cycling, cycling with the kids or just cycling for fun or fitness. If you're just visiting, contact the club for advice on the best spots to cycle.
