Lockdown closure alert
Our Beaudesert Information Centre and Lyrebird Gallery will be closed during the Brisbane and surrounding areas lockdown over the next few days. Whilst we in the Scenic Rim are not required to lock down, we think that it's safer to do so, as we are close to affected areas. We'll be closed from Saturday 9 January until Monday 11 January. All being well, we'll re-open on Tuesday 12 January at 9am.

Market Fest starts up again
Last Saturday saw our Market Fest open again, after 6 months of hibernation due to the corona virus. The lovely spring day brought a big crowd.
Our Information centre kitchen sold takeaway teas and coffees, cold drinks and ice creams only, with visitors queuing up outside the Centre to order and collect their drinks.
We look forward to regular monthly markets now, albeit with corona virus restrictions!

Market Fest is back!
Our first market in 6 months is happening tomorrow, 5 September. Don't miss it!
Social distancing rules will be in place, and there will be several hand sanitising stations available in various locations. Please keep 1.5 metre distance between you and others.
We will be selling takeaway drinks and ice cream only, no food. We're asking visitors to queue outside the entrance facing Westerman Park to order, and to pick up their orders around the corner.
Entrance to the Gallery will be via the main front door only.
